Download Portable AVPTool 2010 Setup Extractor (0.3 MB) fixed for update
Download Version 10 (9.0.0.722) from kaspersky-labs (~140 MB) in the same location as extractor (same file for any language).

Rename setup_9.0.0.722_dd.mm.yyyy_hh-mm.exe to setup_9.0.0.722.exe and run extractor.
Run AVPToolPortable. When bases are out of date: download a new setup and run extractor again.
Settings of installed AVPTool should be preserved.
